This tool has been specially developed to scrape the carbon build-up of the Bolt, firing pin and in the Bolt Carrier of your AR15 so that the Bolt CArrier Group closes properly and therefore does not cause any malfunctions. This tool has a nice flat shape which makes it easy to fit in your range bag and for Military and Law enforcement officers, it fits easily in your weapon maintenance set.
Carbon is the enemy of AR15 rifles. With regular use, carbon quickly builds up in and on the bolt, bolt carrier, rings and pins. The moving parts of an AR15 require a precision scraping solution, because if there is too much carbon in the BCG of the AR15 this can cause malfunctions.
